Problem

Compliance work usually lives across spreadsheets, shared drives, and ticketing tools. Evidence is collected by hand, control owners chase each other over email, and nobody can say with confidence how ready the company is until an auditor asks. Security alerts and compliance status sit in separate tools, so a failing control and the risk it creates are rarely seen together.

Solution

We designed a single dashboard that shows control status, open risks, and audit readiness by framework, with each failing control linked to its owner and the evidence it is missing. Evidence requests, reminders, and approvals run as tracked tasks instead of email threads, and an activity log records every change for the audit trail. Teams can see where they stand at any moment and close gaps before they turn into findings.
