Insurance teams still spend more time locating information than using it. Risk data sits split between spreadsheets, documents, and disconnected systems, so getting a complete picture before a decision means stitching it together manually. By the time a report is compiled, the numbers behind it have often already changed.

What we designed

We built Covara around a single dashboard that pulls company data, coverage value, and policy status into one view, so an expiring policy or an overexposed company shows up on its own instead of waiting to be found. Each client gets its own page — employees, buildings, documents, and policies together — and an AI Insights panel flags what actually needs attention: a coverage gap, a high-risk policy, a better pricing option, each with the dollar impact attached. Reviewing a client's risk no longer means opening every file behind it.
