Most work platforms are built for one side of the transaction, so a company sitting on idle capacity has no way to offer it, and a consultant firm running several client projects ends up stitching together separate tools just to handle bidding, team assignment, and payouts. The coordination overhead outweighs the work itself.

We designed egtos around one continuous flow instead of separate tools for separate roles. A company posts an opportunity and reviews bids from the same dashboard where it manages its own departments and token budgets. A consultant firm's manager assigns work to its own employees without leaving the platform. An independent professional builds a public profile, places a bid with its own pricing summary, and tracks the project through delivery in the same place they got hired. Six role-based dashboards share one navigation, one icon system, and one credit-and-payout structure, so moving between roles doesn't mean relearning the product.
